Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOffer of Employment - Occupational Therapist (W-2)Get Ready Kids Occupational Therapy, P.C.136-21 Hillside Avenue, Suite LL2, Richmond Hill, NY 11418Call # 718-514-0033 Email your resume to:info@getreadykidsot.comPosition:Occupational Therapist (W-2 Employee)Location:DOE schools across the 5 boroughs of NYC; occasional clinic-based servicesClassification:Fee-for-Service, Non-exempt (W-2 employee)Compensation & Benefitso Hourly Rate:$70.00 per billable session hour (W-2 basis)o Paid time for completion of session notes/documentationo 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributionso Worker's Compensation, Disability Insurance, Paid Family Leave (per NYS law)o Mileage reimbursement at IRS rateWork Scheduleo Initial workload: 31 hours/week of fee-for-service sessionso Potential growth:Up to 40 hours/week as caseload expandso Primary setting:DOE schools across the 5 boroughs; some clinic-based workResponsibilitieso Provide occupational therapy services per IEPs, DOE standards, and clinic policieso Complete session notes and documentation promptly (paid time included)o Maintain HIPAA/FERPA compliance and confidentialityo Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teamso Follow safety and clinic policies as outlined in the Employee HandbookConditions of Employmento Active NYS OT License and Registrationo NBCOT Certificationo DOE Fingerprint Clearance (PETS)o Proof of Liability/Malpractice Insuranceo Completed W-2 employment forms (I-9, W-4, IT-2104)Company DescriptionWe are a therapist-owned and operated team, passionate about serving children across school, clinic, and home settings throughout the five boroughs of NYC.
