OTEIM is not a traditional therapy clinic. We are a holistic, brain-based practice dedicated to helping children and families through an integrative, neuroadaptive approach that blends occupational therapy, sensory integration, functional neurology principles, and innovative therapeutic tools. If you are the kind of therapist who asks why, seeks to truly understand the nervous system, and wants to grow beyond conventional models—this role is for you. ⸻ Position Overview We are hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist who is: • Holistic in mindset • Inquisitive and eager to learn • Comfortable thinking critically and creatively • Motivated to take initiative and ownership in their work This is an active, hands-on role for a clinician who wants to expand their skillset and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Provide individualized occupational therapy services for pediatric clients with diverse developmental, sensory, and neurological needs • Participate in comprehensive evaluations that look beyond surface-level skills and consider the whole child • Design and implement creative, functional, and regulation-focused treatment plans • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and the OTEIM team • Track progress thoughtfully and adjust interventions based on response • Maintain clear, professional documentation • Take initiative in learning new approaches, tools, and clinical strategies • Contribute ideas, ask questions, and actively engage in team discussions ⸻ Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you: • Are a licensed Occupational Therapist (or license-eligible) • Have a holistic, whole-child mindset • Are naturally curious and inquisitive about the brain, nervous system, and development • Enjoy learning and are open to new therapeutic approaches • Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do • Are confident working with children while remaining gentle, playful, and attuned • Value collaboration, integrity, and growth • Want to be part of something innovative and meaningful, not routine Prior experience with complex pediatric cases is a plus, but curiosity and willingness to learn matter just as much. ⸻ What We Offer • Excellent pay • A unique clinical environment unlike traditional outpatient therapy • Ongoing learning and exposure to advanced, holistic approaches • Supportive leadership and mentorship • A culture that values thinking, questioning, and growth • The opportunity to truly make an impact on children and families
