About the Role


A global manufacturer of custom-made building products is hiring a remote Commercial Outside Sales Rep in the Northern/Central Wisconsin area. This is an incredible opportunity to focus primarily on winning new accounts while building an ongoing book of business over time.


In this role, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry, particularly general contractors. You’ll succeed here by understanding your clients’ needs, delivering tailored solutions, and earning their trust over time.

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base Salary: $80-85K + Uncapped Commission with accelerators.
  • Top reps make $250K+ annually
  • On-target earnings: Year 1: $105-115K+, Year 2: $130-145K+, Year 3: $170-175K+
  • Annual car allowance: $7,800 (paid biweekly) + mileage reimbursement.
  • Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HSA.
  • 401K with match.


What We’re Looking For


  • 4+ years of outside sales experience in a commercial construction-related field interfacing with general contractors.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience selling doors, windows, entrance systems, or other building products.
  • BA/BS Degree preferred.
