Chowgirls seeks an IT Operations Lead to enhance and streamline our technology systems. The IT Operations Lead reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with our leaders and support staff across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in systems administration and IT operations.
  • Strong knowledge of software and hardware systems, network management, and data security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT Operations role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols
  • Experience with managing and maintaining servers
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficient at managing an initiative or project project management skills from initiation to completion
