Handle complete HR function (Department of 1) from managing recruitment, compensation, training, performance management, benefits, and policies.


Direct Hire

Hybrid work schedule

Salary $1000K - $140k yearly plus bonus

Excellent Benefits


  • Must have Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device or Medical/Healthcare or similar industry experience
  • Must have Bachelors degree
  • Master degree with HR certification preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR processes and policies.
  • Manage the hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and agencies.
  • Partner with leadership on HR strategy, talent needs, and succession planning.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employee development.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and staff.
  • Manage performance reviews and payroll processes.
  • Employee relations and engagement
  • Conduct hiring and exit interviews, oversee disciplinary actions.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends.
  • Administer benefit programs and ensure compliance with laws.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, employment law, and best practices.
  • Maintain employee database.
  • Enhance staff engagement and administer opinion surveys.
