Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Must have language : Mandarin OR Cantonese.
  • Shift timing: 8am to 5pm (M to F)
  • 2- 3 week of online training
  • You should have your own vehicles with your DL copy . They will check your MVR Driving record.
  • This is remote but you need to ok with go onsite after client will ask you to go the clinic OR hospital. They will update you before 1 OR 2 days.
  • Coordinates recruitment of participants and develops information packets for the participants.
  • Monitors and tracks participant progress throughout the project and provides follow-up as needed.
  • Assists with development of research instruments.
  • Trains research assistants. Edits and manipulates data; performs data manipulation to produce progress reports including basic statistical analyses.
  • Maintains project records & reports.
  • Reviews literature relating to research project. May conduct detailed, complex in-person or telephone interviews.
  • May be responsible for data quality assurance.
  • May coordinate small-scale research projects.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key Skills:1 year of experience in research coordination or related technical areas. . Professional certification (e.g., RN, RHIT, RD) may substitute for one year of experience.
  • Experience with chart review and interviewing.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Cantonese proficiency at QBS Level 1 is required to communicate with both English- and Chinese-speaking participants.( Cantonese proficiency).
  • Must have own car and a valid driver's license to travel throughout the Bay Area.
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Basic knowledge of questionnaire design, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle real-time study challenges.
