Position Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Activate, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and driving engagement across digital platforms. From social media management to content creation, paid media campaigns, and SEO optimization, you will help build compelling digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and deliver value to our clients. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & SEM Strategy and Management:
- Develop and Implement SEO & SEM Strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve search rankings (on-page and off-page).
- Create and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console. Provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Perform Website Audits and Technical Improvements:
- Regularly audit website SEO health and collaborate with development teams to implement technical fixes (site speed, mobile optimization).
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (blog posts, social media, videos) aligned with marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce multimedia content and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Track content performance (e.g., page views, engagement) and make data-driven improvements to boost visibility and relevance.
Social Media and Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage audiences and grow followers.
- Create and curate content, collaborate on visual assets, and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and ensure compliance with regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Integrated Marketing and Client Collaboration:
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts across digital, print, social media, and events, ensuring cohesive campaign deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored marketing plans, acting as a liaison to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Create dashboards and prepare monthly reports to monitor the success of marketing initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Wordpress, and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in task management or project management software (Asana is a plus).
