Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to provide inside sales support for our manufacturing facility in Ferndale, WA. As a key individual contributor to the Sales & Manufacturing teams, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering a quality customer experience that aligns with our company values.

  • You will oversee day-to-day sales, margin analysis, and customer relationships of Metrie's manufacturing business.
  • You will provide ongoing support to our Manufacturing and Retail teams to drive Metrie's NOI associated with internally manufactured products.
  • You will ensure Metrie penetrates selected geographic markets where it can profitably achieve a dominant market share through customer intimacy.
  • You will ensure Metrie profitably penetrates new and existing channels to enhance market power with customers and suppliers.
  • You will collaborate with production and shipment teams to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
Your Role

As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inside sales support for the manufacturing facility.
  • Working closely with the Sales team as well as liaising with the Production team to satisfy customer due dates.
  • Maintaining and keeping current detailed records, reports, and customer data.
  • Effectively representing Metrie's interests when dealing with customers, the community, employees, and suppliers.

Salary Range

The base pay range for this role is set at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, contingent upon an individual's skills, experience, and qualifications. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the company.
