Job Title: Sales Director - Remote (Field Travel Required)

About Us: Addison Group is a leading recruitment firm dedicated to connecting top talent with innovative companies across various industries. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Director to join our client's rapidly growing sales team. This position offers a competitive salary, commission structure based on closed deals, and the opportunity to work remotely with field travel.
Position Overview: As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment of healthcare providers into the Medical Group. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of closing complex deals and consistently surpassing targets.
- Analyze market demographics and develop a targeted list of independent primary care physicians and specialists.
- Arrange and conduct initial sales meetings and presentations with physicians, highlighting the advantages of affiliating with the Medical Group.
- Maintain communication with interested physicians, guiding opportunities through the sales process until closure.
- Utilize SalesForce to monitor activities, leads, and pending deals, actively participating in weekly sales discussions.
- Foster a culture of innovation by sharing fresh ideas and best practices with the national sales team to optimize overall performance.
- Provide ongoing support and manage relationships with recruited practices to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with local collaborators and distributors to broaden the reach of the Medical Group.
- If required, spearhead the establishment of a new market for the company, showcasing adaptability and strategic foresight.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed to bolster the success of the sales team and align with company objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Advanced degree a plus
- 6+ years complex sales or healthcare consulting experience in a highly competitive market
- Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor in a highly competitive sales environment
- Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations
