Head of Investor Relations/Product Management

We are working with a leading fund manager with a diverse portfolio of private/public credit, private equity, and real estate funds with a global presence. Seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join and manage a team overseeing investor relations/project management. This position, will be based in LA, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead investor relations efforts, working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Could potentially sit in the firm's NYC office as well.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate projects related to fund activities, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Provide timely and accurate information to investors regarding fund performance, market trends, and company updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established parameters.
- Act as a liaison between investors and internal project teams to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.
- Develop compelling and informative content for investor presentations, reports, and updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create engaging materials that showcase fund performance and market insights.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all investor-related materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to integrate relevant information into communications.
- Organize and manage investor meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Utilize events as opportunities to strengthen relationships and promote the firm's offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in investor relations within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience managing relationships with a diverse investor base.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully executing investor-related processes and team management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
