Summary: The Property Manager oversees property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and budgeting. They lead the property team, maintain property standards, and ensure resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Conduct daily property inspections and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Utilize market data for strategic decision-making.
• Welcome and assist prospective residents using company leasing techniques.
• Lead and train the property team, conducting performance reviews.
• Maintain safety protocols and logs.
• Handle resident issues promptly and professionally.
• Regularly monitor resident satisfaction.
• Recruit and hire team members.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manage department employees, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
Competencies: Strong problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Effective communication and organizational abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in relevant property manager software. Physical ability to perform job tasks.
Physical Demands: Some lifting, walking, standing, and sitting as required by job tasks.
Work Environment: Occasional exposure to various conditions. Moderate noise level.
