Leasing Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional amenities or services
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with tenants
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient operations

**Experience**:

- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with property leasing processes and Section 8 housing is a plus
- Knowledge of property maintenance and basic understanding of contracts is beneficial
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in using leasing software or CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
