Key Responsibilities:


  • Ignite Your Potential: Manage a robust flow of warm lead transfers from our call center daily and turn opportunities into success stories
  • Showcase Your Expertise: Highlight Truvion's unique value proposition, assess customer needs, and craft personalized financial solutions that resonate with clients nationwide.
  • Empower Others: Collaborate with junior team members by receiving and working on 2+ full applications each day, streamlining the loan process and boosting productivity.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong client connections by analyzing their financial situations and recommending the perfect loan products for their needs.
  • Guide Clients Every Step of the Way: Lead clients through the entire loan journey, from the initial application to a smooth closing experience.
  • Educate for Success: Equip customers with the knowledge they need to manage their mortgage and enhance their overall financial well-being.
  • Aim High: Consistently meet or exceed production standards for loan originations and fundings, showcasing your dedication and expertise.


Qualifications:


  • Experience Matters: Bring your 2+ years of recent mortgage origination experience within a direct lending environment to the table.
  • Local Talent: Must be able to commute to our Costa Mesa office.
  • Proven Performer: A track record of high performance in a similar lending model will set you apart.
  • Fast-Paced Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and respond quickly to the ever-changing needs of clients.
