Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Specialist at True Blue Financial. The position is part of the Operations group that supports Advisory teams. Operations Specialist responsibilities include operations support, client service administration, and tax support. A key objective of the role is providing transactional support to advisors to assist in delivering client service.


Client Service

  • Works with advisors to help answer basic client questions and offer problem resolution.
  • Shows clients how to access their accounts and read statements.
  • Communicates with prospects about our business, our culture, and how to best prepare for meetings.


Operations Support

  • Assists advisors with filling out necessary forms for opening or maintaining accounts.
  • Provides transactional support to update beneficiaries, set-up ACH directions, link bank accounts, complete mobile check deposits, and facilitate client service paperwork.
  • Works with advisors to ensure all account documents are acquired and updated.
  • Calls fund families in support of outside client accounts.
  • Conveys potential problems promptly to advisors.
  • Completes projects as assigned by advisors.
  • Runs internal client and client account reports.


Tax Support

  • Assists with basic tax preparation during tax season to support business and increase exposure to tax concepts and tax planning.


Team Responsibilities

  • Works with members of the Advisory and Operations teams to provide excellent client service.
