Job Summary

As a Technical Support Specialist at Power3 Solutions and Partnering Companies, you will provide technical assistance to computer users, answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically. Your expertise will include assisting with the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve computer problems
Assist with the installation and configuration of computer hardware and software
Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of computer systems and software
Collaborate with the support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues

Requirements

5 years of experience in a technical support role
Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
