JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate inventory record and conduct regular stock checking.
  • Update the inventory list on daily basis to ensure correct ordering
  • Follows orders to completion including material return, if necessary
  • Maintains stock shelves with appropriate items and assures labeling of units is both correct and visible.
  • Plan with Lounge Management for promotional campaigns inventory stock.
  • Ensure that the storage rooms are kept clean and organized.
  • Manage and maintain first in /first out process for all storage rooms
  • Work with culinary team to understand how/where each food item has to be stored
  • Monitor food temperature, rotation of stock items, maintain cleanliness and par stock levels in all storage areas.
  • Help F&B team with inventory when required on a weekly & monthly basis.
  • Handle materials unloaded from various freight trucks. Dispense material to lounge’s stock room or directly to other associates if urgently needed
  • Sustain and maintain the storage system to include racks, pallets, baskets or carts, for proper protection of materials and to facilitate handling and storage of items. Improve storage system as needed.
  • Restocks materials to storage areas or issue points from reserve storage areas
  • Maintain Filing of Requisition forms, ensuring that they are properly filled up and acknowledged by the requesting party
  • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Handle insurance plans and service contracts
  • Closely liaise with Procurement necessary supplies
  • Attend applicable Operations management meetings regarding inventory or maintenance
  • Assist management to develop and implement procedures, work lows and control systems to ensure the smooth f low of inventory and distribution activities
  • Prepare related reports for inventory status, stock list and database update
  • Monitor and control safety and security standards of storeroom
  • Optimize the use of space and maintain a clean, tidy and safety condition of storeroom
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure good discipline and manage the security aspects of the warehouse.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the area of logistics / storeroom management.
  • Well versed with inventory and distribution processes & controls.
  • Well organized, great initiative, strong communication skills and teamwork attitude
  • Capable to work under pressure and prioritize work in excellent time management skill
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in MS office applications.
  • Shift duty is required.
