Responsibilities:


  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products in collaboration with Global Logistics Manager
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods, working closely with procurement team in Belgrade and China. Key categories: car parts, microelectronics, metal/plastic manufactured parts, IT equipment
  • Manage logistics partners and ensure the timely, cost-effective movement of goods from suppliers to the manufacturing sites (Taiwan, USA) and onward to customers/operation locations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, production, document support, to align logistics and procurement activities with business needs.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliability of products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations that may impact logistics and procurement operations.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, and procurement, preferably in tech companies or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in inventory management and logistics software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with task and project management tools (Jira, Youtrack and similar)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
