Solugenix is assisting a client in their search for an Office Coordinator. This is a contract to hire opportunity based out of Sacramento, CA (Onsite).


The Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator's responsibilities are greeting and assisting customers, vendors, and personnel; answering multi-line telephone systems, screening, and directing calls to the proper office personnel, salespeople, and filed superintendents; and sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. The Administrative Assistant/ Office Coordinators will be assisting the Branch Manager and Office Manager on daily tasks and projects. In addition, the responsibilities entail ordering office supplies and maintaining and tracking office equipment services and repairs.


Responsibilities:

  • All front office administrative tasks include mail distribution and shipping, phone call screening, filing, copying, and scanning, office supply management, facility maintenance, and basic admin/clerical functions.
  • Assist Office Manager/Coordinator and Sales Assistant.
  • Answer office phones and route calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist Branch manager, Office manager, Field Superintendents and Salespeople.
  • Maintain office phones, copier, fax machine and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist with new hire paperwork for field employees.
  • Assist with database entries and management.
  • Create and maintain appropriate files for agencies such as OSHA, EPA, and AQMD.
  • Review agency documents for data integrity to avoid fines before submission.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the Branch Manager and Office manager.


Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $25/hour to $25/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
