We are one of Silicon Valley's most innovative and influential companies, seeking a Senior Accountant or Senior Financial Analyst with extensive experience in process improvement, optimization, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with large organizations with multiple entities and possess expertise in intercompany transactions, consolidations within SAP, and accounting, analysis, and financial reporting.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Reconciliation and Reporting:

  • Reconcile the cutover timeline and prepare reports for tax filings.
  • Clean up balance sheets and income statements, addressing shareholder fees and bonus questions.
  • Utilize SAP to create balance sheets, income statements, and detailed automated reports.

State-to-State Filing and Entity Setup:

  • Set up entities within SAP.
  • Understand and manage separate entities under SAP, collaborating with accounting team in Austin.
  • Improve the methodology for state-to-state reporting and enhance process efficiency for new medical services entities.

Reporting Tools Implementation:

  • Set up and manage reporting tools, such as Tableau, FileMaker, and SAP, to enhance reporting capabilities.

State-to-State Reclassifications:

  • Manage and execute state-to-state reclassifications accurately and efficiently.

Stakeholder Communication:

Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with key stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in accounting or as an analyst and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SAP and a strong understanding of General Ledger and financial processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
