LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Temp to Direct Hire position for an Experienced Senior Financial Accountant. This role is ideal for a professional who is ready to engage directly with business owners and contribute to the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations across various accounts.
  • Execute monthly account consolidations.
  • Develop process enhancements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with financial audits and prepare necessary documentation for external auditors.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years of comprehensive accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
  • Ability to work independently while supervising one accounting clerk.
