Field Supervisor – Charlotte, NC

Are you ready to lead and excel? Silver State Flooring is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to manage and oversee diverse flooring and remodeling projects in the Charlotte area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.


What You'll Do:

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Customer Communications: Act as the primary contact for our customers, ensuring they are fully informed about the installation process and satisfied with the progress.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and support to our installation crews, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Estimation: Measure spaces and generate accurate estimates for projects including flooring installations (wood, laminate, vinyl, ceramic tile), shower remodels, and accent walls and backsplashes.


Who You Are:

  • A seasoned supervisor with a strong background in flooring installation and a general knowledge of construction.
  • A proactive leader who enjoys working independently and is adept at taking initiative to resolve challenges.
  • Comfortable with basic computer operations and smart phones.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish are advantageous but not required.
  • You own a vehicle and are able to travel to various project sites as needed.
