We are seeking an experienced sales representative. Cascade is in the healthcare industry and all nursing homes and hospitals and other businesses that utilize healthcare employees are our customers or potential clients.
We have been in business since 1988 in Kansas City and have expanded into other states over the years. We are looking to continue growing into new territories and states and wish to add another rep to our team.
We are relatively new to expanding into new states. For this reason, we are looking for someone who has had business to business phone sales experience. In the beginning it will be a lot of daily cold or warm calling. We are interested in finding the person who is a go getter and not fearful and who can handle hearing no a lot; knowing the yes will come. We seek a closer We also want to make an offer to someone who can handle very high volume of outgoing calls with little frustration and lots of enthusiasm.
Our goals of rapid expansion means there will be lots of future opportunities. We're also having software developed and will need a team of reps to sell our technology as well.
We utilize emailing but mostly phone calls. We have SEO enhancement and marketing support. But most sales are derived by developing relationships with potential clients in your territories.
Cascade is offering $40,000 to $50,000 base salary and amazing bonus opportunities that are earned weekly based on opening accounts and seeing the accounts you've opened hit usage goals. Corporate (multiple location) accounts earn more bonus dollars. The ideal first year total monetary compensation should be $60,000 to $100,000. Honestly, if someone is slaying this role, and opening multiple accounts weekly, the sky is the limit. We're looking for the best of the best and if that is you, we will make you happy.
This is a Monday-Friday in office role; 830AM to 430PM with extra time as the individual sees fit in order to earn more money. Most reps do not work any more than this. Our gorgeous office is located at 169 & Barry Road in the Northland in the building that was the old North Patrol Police Station affectionally known as the Bumble Bee.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and sales experience is highly coveted
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Highly self motivated
