We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Consulting Contract Attorney to join our dynamic team. This challenging yet rewarding position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level legal advice and support to our clients. As a Consulting Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting discovery requests and responses, reviewing and analyzing complex legal documents, and providing strategic advice on various legal matters. This position requires a deep understanding of legal principles and practices, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making and provide strategic advice.
  • Draft discovery requests and responses, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with clients and other parties to gather information, clarify details, and resolve issues.
  • Participate in legal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitration.
  • Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact the company and its clients.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal support.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contract Attorney, preferably in a consulting role.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Proven experience in drafting discovery requests and responses.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
