The Role

Fidelity s Healthcare Group has launched a new Medicare business that will provide our customers with tools and advice to help them select and purchase quality Medicare coverage. As an early member of this new and innovative team, you will have the opportunity to help build and grow a business that could impact millions of Americans

THIS ROLE IS 10AM ET - 7PM ET SHIFT- MONDAY -FRIDAY

  • You will support our sales and marketing efforts by fielding Medicare inquiries and facilitating the client engagement with our sales staff.
  • You will engage with customers on a regular basis, answer questions and deliver a superior customer service experience.
  • Field Medicare inquiries from multiple sales channels
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments between clients and our sales team
  • Providing post-enrollment customer service
  • Explaining the benefits and features of various Medicare health plans when needed
  • Partnering with our team to build and grow a new Fidelity business that could impact millions of Americans

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
  • An active Health Insurance License is preferred but not required.
  • The ideal candidate will have Medicare experience, either as a customer service rep or sales support at a health plan or broker.
  • If you re not already AHIP certified, we'll support you while you complete the AHIP Medicare training. Other training and licensing opportunities may also be available.
  • Ability to demonstrate an empathetic voice, committed to the client experience and contributing to our sales and marketing efforts.

The Team

The Medicare Service Representative is a part of the Medicare Advice and Planning Team and reports to the Director of Customer Experience. They provide sales support to agents both on and off the phone. This role provides the opportunity to work with a variety of people, both internal and external to Fidelity, in a collaborative environment. We are looking for team members with strong interpersonal skills, time management skills, and an openness to training and feedback.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
