Construction Accounting Manager

Our client, a well-known construction organization in Greater New Haven, is currently seeking a Construction Accounting Manager to join their team

About the Construction Accounting Manager role:

  • Financial management: month end close, budgeting and forecasting
  • Financial reporting: financial statement prep and analysis
  • Project cost analysis: Researching variances, identifying areas to increase profitability
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Construction Accounting Manager

  • BS Accounting/Finance. CPA/MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years experience within the construction industry
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Procore. Advanced Excel skills
