Job Summary:

The Middlesex Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction of various infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on heavy civil construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • OSHA 10 certification and design build experience preferred.
