Position Description:


• Review booking packages and plan customers’ service schedules for new and renewed contracts, including preventive maintenance, proactive, and predictive services.

• Develop maintenance plans using standard maintenance planning tools and documented processes.

• Revise maintenance plans as outlined by Account Managers to meet customer obligations and schedules.

• Review service work orders and inspection reports for deficiencies.

• Fulfill service contract obligations for execution and manage financial performance of the service agreements.

• Verify contract characteristics entered for assigned accounts

Key Responsibilities: Deliver full range service in a defined and focused technical or administrative area of work, while clear input / output relations and generic and /or work specific guidelines, procedures are given or available. Positions need basic level of theoretical and practical know how, skills and typically some level related years of experience, in specialized processes, techniques and systems used in office, production or lab environment. Position operates major parts or full spectrum of dedicated specialized standard software packages. Incumbents may handle routine and non-complex practical enquiries and procedures from internal or external customers. Experience: 3 year vocational training + 3 years practical experience needed Knowledge: Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused 3-year vocational training period

• Will this be a 100% onsite position? Yes. They will be in our branch office.

• Will the schedule be M-F? Yes, M-F 7:30am – 4pm

-Organizational: Managing multiple contracts, each with its own timeline and requirements. Must be efficient with tracking the progress of contracts ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer obligations.

-Communication: Effective communication is essential in interactions with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors.

-Attention to Detail: This is crucial to ensure accuracy and avoid costly errors. They need to carefully review contract deliverables and financial performance trends.

More contract analysis

M-F, weekends off.

Clerical skills and SAP experience preferred.

Organization and attention to detail are a plus.

Someone with contract management is a plus.


Someone is going on maternity leave in July so they will shadow the person for a month before she goes on leave.


Interviews will be scheduled the week of 5/13 and the candidate is to onboard as early as possible.

The first interview will be via teams followed by an -in-person interview.
