Eric Michael and Jon Suarez are former college roommates who met at Rutgers University. When Eric and Jon first met they bonded over their entrepreneurial goals. Today the Major League Profit model has transformed over 1500 peoples’ lives. We are the only sports card flipping program around--there’s a reason, and it’s not because people haven’t tried. That reason is because we have a proprietary system called the “Sports Card Fly-Wheel System™” that we are able to literally guarantee, in writing, big time returns on.

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This in-office role will primarily involve managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


Daily/Weekly Checklist:

  • Check and respond to emails promptly, including video messages if applicable.
  • Monitor and respond to student messages in a timely manner, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle payments, cancellations, refund requests, accounts receivables, and chargebacks efficiently and accurately.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for all students, ensuring 100% compliance with scheduling onboarding calls and following up with no-shows to reschedule.
  • Monitor and manage Trustpilot reviews, addressing feedback and ensuring a positive reputation.
  • Coordinate with the team to set up students with Virtual Assistants (VAs) as needed.
  • Offboard students who have not paid or have canceled their payments, updating records accordingly.


Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a
  • customer-facing environment.
  • Proficient in managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
  • Experience in handling accounts receivables is highly desirable.


Key Performance Metrics:

  • AR collection percentage: Ensuring timely collection of accounts receivables.
  • Chargeback percentage: Minimizing chargebacks through effective management and resolution.
  • Onboarding calls booked: Tracking and optimizing the percentage of students completing their onboarding calls, essential for their success.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and basic accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Compensation/Hours

  • $25+/hr
  • M-F 10am - 3pm
