Our client’s team of insolvency professionals offer unparalleled expertise in guiding clients through challenging financial situations. As a Bankruptcy Partner, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of lawyers who are masters of the distress playbook, representing clients in some of the largest and most significant bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal counsel and representation in bankruptcy cases, both in and out of court.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to address financial challenges faced by clients, considering macroeconomic factors and company-specific issues.
  • Advocate for clients in litigation related to bankruptcy, handling complex disputes, and representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
  • Manage distressed M&A transactions, out-of-court restructurings, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
  • Offer industry-specific expertise across various sectors, including real estate, retail, technology, energy, and more.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Extensive experience in bankruptcy law, with a proven track record of success in representing clients in significant cases.
  • Strong understanding of insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy alternatives, and restructuring strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
