Required Upon Submission: 1 year of RN experience
BLS and ACLS required
Active RN license, required copy of NURSYS
Must be comfortable/ familiar with conducting post-discharge outreach phone calls there will be no direct patient contact
You will be responsible for answering inbound patient calls and facilitating response to patient concerns
Required Upon Start: Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed
Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed
Active CT RN license must apply for License within 24 hours of locking - Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit
- Float: Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel s clinical competence.
