Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic IT Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the IT Director in developing and executing IT strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Technology Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure, including network systems, hardware, and software.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and collaborate with various stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.
  • Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and expenditure.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT management or a related leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure and leading IT projects.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of current IT trends, cybersecurity practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to strategize, plan, and implement IT initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
