Responsibilities

  1. Offer comprehensive financial planning and advice to existing State Farm customer households.
  2. Partnering and mentoring with a career agent in developing a business plan and delivering against a client service model.
  3. Maintain and enhance new and existing relationships through active communication with customers, processing customer requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and making sure key information and documentation remains current.
  4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and sound business judgement.
  5. Exhibit unwavering integrity that points toward doing right by clients at every opportunity.
  6. Demonstrate a passion for educating clients on the technology and channels available to them to better monitor, maintain, and manage their investments.
  7. Provide a holistic view of clients’ needs and financial coaching beyond investments.
  8. Understand and ensure business adherence with Tim Broyles Insurance and Financial Services Inc., and financial industry regulatory policies.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 6 and 63 and/or Series 65 or ChFC licenses.
  3. Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience
  4. Demonstrated success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners.

$50k - $60k base salary + commission
