Quality Resolution Specialist

The Quality Resolution Specialist is responsible for maintaining quality standards for credit related duties, while supporting the Credit Department daily tasks.


Essential Functions

  • Review, assess, and verify credit applications, credit reports and any required stipulations for the underwriting process are compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Review calls completed by Credit personnel to ensure support of company objective
  • Review for proper documentation in application screen and account screen when applicable
  • All review of applications, credit reports, stipulations, calls etc. needs to be clearly documented and shared with Team Leads and Management
  • Work together and assist with department leads to ensure accuracy for superior customer/dealer experience


Required Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree in related field, or commensurate work experience required
  • 3 years of experience as a Credit Senior Analyst, or related work experience, required
  • Financial industry experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • Evening and weekend hours will be required and will be determined by team needs and business requirements


Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.

This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
