Executive Assistant

Role Description:
Seeking administrative and organizational support for executives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments. They should possess intellectual curiosity, intuition, meticulous attention to detail, resourcefulness, trustworthiness, and high ethical standards. Additionally, they must effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner. This individual will excel by managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and demonstrating exceptional follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Manage incoming calls and voicemails daily.
Handle all business correspondence efficiently.
Organize both onsite and offsite meetings, including event planning.
Oversee office management tasks, including inventory control, procurement, guest registration, and maintenance coordination.
Arrange travel arrangements and create comprehensive itineraries.
Maintain organized and accurate files.
Act as a liaison between executives and business associates.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skillset Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in executive assistant roles.
Strong English language skills, both written and oral.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and record-keeping capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and high energy level.
Flexibility with work schedule.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software.
Bachelor’s degree required.
