Position: Director of Regional Sales Illinois- City & State/ Territory Available
Full-Time W-2 Employment or 1099 Contractors needed.
Director of Regional Sales Job Responsibilities:
As the new Director of Regional Sales assigned to specific City & State Territory (“Sales Market”), working in the Medical Aesthetics Industry (directly to Medically backed Med Spas, Cosmetic Dermatologists, Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeons, and Aesthetic Clinics), you will be a self-driven and results-oriented leader responsible for driving sales excellence within the regional Sales Market. Our most successful W2 Sales Reps when they come on board already have an extensive book of business ($1m+ revenue & 200+ clinics) they can sell to right from the beginning, hitting the ground running, upselling their existing clients or trading in their old microneedling Skin Pens. You will play a vital role in promoting our Dp4 Microneedling devices and Dp Dermaceuticals, directly contributing to the growth and success of our business in your assigned Sales Market. Your role encompasses various strategic sales and operational responsibilities, given the unique context of working independently. Your key responsibilities in this remote role include:
1. Strategic Leadership:
a. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the your Sales Market, aligning with the company's overall goals.
b. Collaborate remotely with executive leadership to set and achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
c. As we expand within your Sales Market and based upon your sales goals being met, you will be called upon to build out your own Sales Teams, including hiring, training, and managing on behalf of the company with additional commission compensation, bonuses, and overrides to be discussed.
2. Market Development:
a. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging a deep understanding of your Sales Market.
b. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through on-site and virtual communication channels.
3. Sales Operations:
a. Independently manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
b. Utilize modern sales technologies and HubSpot CRM tools to organize, track, and analyze sales activities.
4. Sales Strategy:
a. Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy for promoting microneedling devices and Dermaceuticals within your Sales Market.
b. Identify key target demographics & market segments for effective penetration.
5. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
a. Independently generate leads through market research, networking, & other lead generation techniques.
b. Conduct effective prospecting activities to build a robust sales pipeline, including cold calling, on-site visits, local conferences, business development opportunities, and aesthetic industry meetups and social gatherings
c. Promote yourself using all available Social Media & all available digital marketing channels
d. Quickly respond to any Sales Market leads generated from internal marketing channels
6. Sales Presentations:
a. Deliver compelling and informative on-site and virtual sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits & features of our microneedling and Dermaceutical products.
b. Address customer queries and concerns effectively to drive product adoption.
7. Training and Support:
a. Offer on-site and remote training sessions to clients on the proper use and benefits of microneedling devices and Dermaceutical products and protocols.
b. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
8. Sales Analytics:
a. Utilize sales analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, providing weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
9. Product Knowledge:
a. Develop an in-depth understanding of our microneedling devices and Dermaceutical product lines and protocols.
b. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, & advancements in medical aesthetics.
10. Customer Relationship Management:
a. Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
b. Collaborate with remote customer support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
c. Make yourself readily available during and after work hours to address customer concerns either on-site or remotely.
d. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with medical spas, dermatologists, & aesthetic practitioners in the Sales Market region.
e. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
11. Data-Driven Decision Making:
a. Conduct regular market research independently to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
b. Utilize data insights to make informed decisions & adjust the sales strategy as needed, sharing any such data and insights with the corporate team in a timely manner.
12. Performance Management:
a. Set clear, detailed sales performance expectations for yourself & establish personal growth objectives.
b. Regularly review & assess your own performance against defined goals, making adjustments as necessary.
13. Communication and Collaboration:
a. Maintain open and transparent communication with remote teams, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership.
b. Provide valuable insights and updates on market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
14. Market Expansion:
a. Identify opportunities for market expansion and work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns.
15. Regulatory Compliance:
a. Stay informed about regulatory requirements related to the medical aesthetics industry in your Sales Market, ensuring adherence to all guidelines.
16. Budget Oversight:
a. Manage and optimize the sales budget for your Sales Market region, independently ensuring cost-effectiveness.
b. Track pre-approved expenses and marketing initiatives in detail.
Location:
This position is remote, living and working within the Sales Market territory, and will require occasional travel within the state and beyond as needed.
W2 Compensation:
- $65k-$165k: Base Annual Salary
- 10% Commission on All New Microneedling Device & Consumables Sales
- 5% Residual Commission on All Consumables Reordering
- 2% Bonus paid on $250k Quarterly Revenue Bonuses
- 3% Bonus paid on $500k Annual Revenue Goal Bonus at $1.5M
- 5% Bonus paid on $500k Annual Revenue Goal Bonus at $2.0M
- Benefits Include: Medical Insurance Plan, Car & Travel Allowance, Business Computer & Phone, Benefits Plan
1099 Compensation:
- 25% Commission
- 15% Residual
- 1% Bonus paid on $250k Quarterly
- 2% Bonus paid on $500k Annual $1.5M
