Your Role as HR Generalist
As the central figure in our HR department, you'll:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment to attract and retain top talent
- Craft and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, benefits, and bi-weekly payroll
- Ensure accurate daily timecard reconciliation
- Oversee training initiatives and performance management
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- 0-2 years of HR experience (new graduates welcome)
- Foundational understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Adaptability and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
