The Head of Content and Creative at iQuanti will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic team of content writers, editors, strategists, designers, and other creative professionals. This role is pivotal in driving the development and execution of engaging and impactful content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our client's brand identities and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Results-Focused Content Delivery

  • Lead planning and oversee the execution of content projects across enterprise clients, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and exceeding client performance goals.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality across content and creative assets.

Thought Leadership

  • Amplify the creative aspects of content development and evolve iQuanti’s content offerings from written to visual formats.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and creative design, deploying new strategic ideas for clients.

Delivery Excellence & Efficiency

  • Drive the maturation of content practices towards a more process-driven approach.
  • Demonstrate operational expertise to efficiently handle dynamism and fluctuations in content workload across projects.
  • Effectively manage content delivery operations to align with business objectives for scalability, efficiency, and success.

People Management

  • Lead and inspire a large team of content and creative professionals, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent to build and grow a high-performing content team.
  • Foster effective cross-functional partnerships with Account Management, Sales, SEO and UX solution teams.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in content creation, creative direction, and management, particularly within the enterprise client context. Experience in the Banking and Finance industry is a plus.
  • A track record of successfully leading content and creative teams to drive measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
