One of our growing clients is looking for a Team Lead to be responsible for their onshore and offshore medical coding team.

 

Duties:

  • Responsible for monitoring onshore and offshore workflow, work queues and reporting for management.
  • Conduct QA and reporting for onshore and offshore coding staff monthly.
  • Train new coding staff.
  • Partner with auditors to answer offshore coding questions and issues.
