Technical Support Professional

Job brief:
Promethean One is looking for a Field Technician to implement and troubleshoot functional and cost-efficient IT systems. In this role, you should be highly motivated and able to understand business priorities. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. If you also have hands-on experience with technical projects, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to leverage technology to meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Implement efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with current systems in an efficient and friendly manner
Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
Gather feedback from end users about system performance
Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
Provide advice and technical training
Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 2 years work experience
2 years working in a technical or analytical role
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must be able to travel as needed
Must be able to work from various locations including from home
Must be available for calls and meetings across various time zones
