Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our cutting-edge technology machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition. This position plays a critical role in our company, as it ensures the smooth running of our operations, client satisfaction and ultimately, our market success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a knack for troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor metrics to identify potential malfunctions or breakdowns.
2. Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on machinery including motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment.
3. Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical controls and refrigeration systems.
4. Handle maintenance of pneumatic and boiler systems.
5. Utilize CMMS to track and report on all maintenance activities and updates.
6. Demonstrate ability to interpret technical issues through the use of schematics, diagrams, and the CMMS.
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing work duties.
8. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining open lines of communication with clients and team members to ensure efficient operations.
9. Stay updated on the latest technologies in the field, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician, Machine Maintenance Technician, or in a similar role in the technology industry.
2. Proficient in mechanical maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, boilers, repair, CMMS, heavy equipment, motors, conveyor, pump, hydraulic, electrical controls, and refrigeration.
3. Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to understand complex machinery and systems.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on quality.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Proven ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in diverse environmental conditions.
9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
10. Relevant technical certification or degree is preferred.
