Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay Range: $37-42/hr, depending on experience


As a Supply Chain Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with all government import and export regulations within designated countries and regions. This role involves assessing the company, its vendors, and associated entities to uphold compliance standards across the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will execute and support supply chain functions by:

- Implementing standard operating procedures and work instructions, while identifying areas for improvement.

- Collaborating with various departments, including clinical, sales, marketing, and legal, to understand and address supply chain requirements across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery stages.

- Evaluating global vendors to ensure they meet company standards in cost, quality, delivery, and service, and resolving any supply chain issues in partnership with team members.

- Conducting routine analyses to identify and implement supply chain improvements.

- Managing supply chain-related projects, such as New Product Development (NPD) introductions.

- Completing other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Knowledge & Skills:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, global supply chain tools, and quality systems (e.g., JDE).

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship management.

- The ability to develop and refine compliance processes.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to global supply chain and regulatory requirements for the medical device industry, including FDA and ISO standards.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and professionally interact with various organizational levels.

- Competency in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards and implementing preventive measures to protect individuals and the environment.

Education & Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
