One of the country's largest Marketing Platforms is searching for a Technical Writer to join their Global Education Content team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining user assistance documentation, conducting content audits, and collaborating with internal teams.


This opportunity to join one of the industry's fastest-growing Email Marketing Platforms begins on a 1 year, W2 contract that offers full benefits and the opportunity to convert to permanent employment.


Responsibilities:

  • Write and maintain FAQ, help center, PON, and other assistance documentation for users
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product development, marketing, sales, and more
  • Conduct in-depth tests to research and further develop new application features
  • Perform content audits to help maintain the existing support database
  • Interpret user feedback to identify and act on user needs


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a technical or instructional designer/copywriter
  • Strong editorial skills
  • Experience planning content, editorial procedures, and evaluations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other internal teams
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Content Management Systems
