The Team
This team builds and gives to Fidelity s digital presence. As an Engineering Leader, you lead teams to develop omni channel capabilities and the underlying platforms needed to support our digital presence on a cloud-based infrastructure. You will provide the technology know-how, leadership and influencing skills to be accountable for overall technology strategy.
You will lead initiatives that supply ideas to improve our products as well as develop your skills, learn new technologies and languages, and continue to learn while providing coaching, mentorship and driving talent development across our engineering teams. Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
