Key Account Manager

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Facilitate implementation of client contracts, CDA’s, MSA’s, and Quality Agreements
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Manage and report client KPIs
  • Manage quotations and sales orders
  • Organise, manage and attend client meetings


We are seeking motivated individuals who prioritize customer satisfaction. You should be comfortable taking the lead in maintaining regular contact with clients, acting as the primary point of communication, and driving customer-related activities.


You will be working for a pharmaceutical service provider related to clinical trials with extensive expertise in multiple key areas. With over 25 years of experience, they support life science companies of all sizes and maintain operations across the globe.


For this role you will be expected to travel to the site for 2 consecutive days per month, reminder of the month would be remote however you need to be within 2hr commute maximum of the area of Princeton, New Jersey.


Qualifications


  • You must have 5 years+ experience working within pharmaceutical, CRO, CDMO business
  • Clinical Trials experience is a must have for this position
  • 3+ years' of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
