Job Summary

Carquest Auto Parts (Schow’s Inc.) is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Counter/Runner person to join our team in Burley, ID (bi-lingual in Spanish & English preferred). The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of automotive services, vehicle maintenance, and excellent customer service.


Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding automotive services and
  • products.
  • Manage the front counter operations, including cash handling and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels and assisting with inventory management.
  • Stay informed about current market trends in the automotive industry to better serve customers'
  • needs.
  • Deliver automotive parts to designated locations promptly and efficiently

Experience

  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service environment is preferred.
  • Strong skills in sales, customer service, and cash handling are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in inventory management and control is a plus, ensuring efficient operations at the counter.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to maintain it.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish & English
