Job Details

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finance and Accounting Associates to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in finance and accounting. The successful candidate will support various financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
  • Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial data in accounting systems.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship or relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
