Office Administrator/Accounting Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager/Accounting Specialist to oversee our office operations and manage financial processes. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, accounting knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
- HR duties as assigned
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures
- Provide administrative support to executive team as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred (experience considered in lieu of)
- 3+ years of experience in office management and accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial regulations
Preferred Skills
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
- Experience with project management and team leadership
- Familiarity with HR processes and payroll systems
