This role has been opened to support a specific energy program related to battery substitutes for diesel generators, Also, this role will contribute to a battery-related project as a substitute for diesel generators. Lastly, this role provides the opportunity to work on a highly visible, strategic project related to sustainable energy

Hours: Mondays - Fridays (40 hours/week)


Location: REMOTE - However the candidate must be local as he/she will need to go onsite in Remond for occasional events.


Start Date: 01/13/2025

End Date: 06/30/2025 (with a chance of extension)


Salary: $129,864 - $142,848 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Understand, communicate, and provide project information to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing projects and delivery performance, focusing on tangible outcomes, and high-quality deliverables
  • Managing multiple projects end-to-end using the appropriate project management framework and methodology.
  • Guiding cross-team and third-party partnerships - influencing without authority and using the power of diverse teams.
  • Applying project management standards, compliance, and best practices to ensure successful delivery of programs on scope, on schedule and budget.
  • Being on top of any commercial aspects of your project, driving financial integrity.
  • Mentoring other team members as you share your knowledge and experience.



Qualifications:


The ideal resume would contain strong communication and written skills, project management experience, and knowledge of data centers or batteries


  • 8 to 10 years overall experience in the field
  • Bachelor's Degree electrical engineering or related engineering field and proven experience in managing international and medium scale technology & medium-complex software/hardware development projects.
  • Prior experience in consulting or professional services environment AND Core project management skills, including financial management, planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, stakeholder communications, and risk management.
  • This role requires collaboration with internal key stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Energy industry background, including working with energy storage and utility experience are preferred.
