The main function of a Senior-Level Strategy & Program Marketing Manager/ Digital Experience Manager is that you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional customer journeys within the email channel while leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning. Your primary focus will be identifying key moments that matter and customizing content and messaging to inspire and motivate customers during their Windows PC purchase journey, helping them to learn and evaluate the device offerings and accelerating their decision to purchase Windows computers for their organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing results with business stakeholders and leaders, achieving key performance metrics related to email channel health, customer engagement, and retention. The Digital Experience Manager will work with the Customer journey lead and other digital channel experts (web, demand gen, in product, analytics) to develop and execute cross channel experiences.


Lastly, as a Strategy & Program Marketing Manager, you will research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical strategy & program marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.


Hours: Mondays - Fridays (40 hours/week)


Location: REMOTE - However the candidate must be local as he/she will need to go onsite in Remond for occasional events.


Start Date: 01/13/2025

End Date: 06/30/2025 (with a chance of extension)


Salary: $98,532 - $108,384 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow program strategy from ground up with a crawl, walk, run approach
  • Grow from drip marketing MVP during first 6 months working towards developing and landing nurture campaigns within 12-18 months
  • Create plans and read-out to business stakeholders and leaders within marketing
  • Build and execute email programs supporting the customer relationship
  • Become an expert on email channel execution and build email campaigns in partnership with execution team
  • Lead and participate in pilots on support innovation and improvements.
  • Forecast metrics in partnership with customer journey and analytics team and execute to meet targets
  • Create MBR content to share with partners and stakeholders
  • Partner closely with the Customer Journey lead and other channel leads to create a comprehensive and customer-driven journey to meet business needs
  • Act as an SME on both customer insights and channel insights for Windows Pro within Commercial Digital Experiences

Education/Experience:

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5-7+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.
  • Experience in creating executive presentations and white-papers
  • Experience with building campaign strategy within marketing channels (ex. In-product, email, etc.) and driving execution
  • Experience leading virtual teams across organizational lines and networking/relationship management
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from different organizations, and levels
  • Ability to get executive buy-in on strategy and report upwards
  • Understand stakeholder motivations and drive toward goals without direct authority
  • 8-10 years of related experience required.


Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  1. Minimum 8 years' experience with hands-on B2B
  2. Minimum 8 years' experience with growing an email program from MVP-V1-V3
  3. Minimum 8 years' experience with building a campaign strategy
