What you’ll do


  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with various teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Review project designs and specifications to identify potential issues and provide input for improvement
  • Work closely with architects and design teams to ensure that construction plans meet regulatory and quality standards
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets specified standards
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant legal requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or delays
  • Oversee the coordination of construction activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols
  • Maintain clear and open communication channels with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project managers and other relevant parties


What you bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, etc. and 1-2 years’ experience in similar roles
  • Project experience in ground-up commercial and tenant finish
  • MS Office Suite, Viewpoint Vista, Bluebeam, Procore experience
  • Great communication skills (Bilingual preferred) and relationship-building skills, with a drive to grow your career

Compensation


In addition to the base salary, employees in this role will also be eligible to earn additional performance incentives.
